More than 50% of the members were present, so there was a quorum.

Treasurer's Report
We currently have $5714.95 in securities and $554.78 in cash.
Since last meeting we received $0.13 interest on our credit balance.
Member Issues
Irma cashed her check for $538.67 and is no longer a member. Leroy sent a nice note with the check.
Jerry to send his check in to Leroy.
Stock Discussion
Leroy suggested reexamining Lowes for a possible sale, citing slowing in the home market.
