Tax forms for the partnership will be sent in tomorrow.
We currently have $5059.86 in securities and $735.38 in cash.
Since last meeting we received $0.64 from LOW, $1.17 from DIA, and $0.16 interest on our credit balance.
Proxy Statements
Netflix - Voted against the director who was also CEO.
Lowes - Voted against the stock option plane for directors.
Expeditor's - Voted per Director's recommendations.
Member Issues
As per the attendence requirements, it was voted to rescind Irma's membership in
the club. Leroy will contact Jerry to confirm Irma's address and send a check
drawn from our cash balance.
Esther would like to join, but was unable to attend tonight's meeting. We will
take up the issue of her membership at the next meeting.
Real Estate Investing
Leroy presented notes from his latest real estate investors meeting. The speaker
was a former IBM systems analyst who has applied a lifecycle process to real estate
investing.
Leroy also visited an estate planning law session. The presenters were of the
opinion that estate planning issues are not a major issue until one has a net
worth of over $1,000,000.
