AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Congrat's!! I knew you could do it!
Like there was any doubt?
Look out, Colorado. This guy Nick isn't just smart. He's scary smart.
There was never doubt, only fear. I can't wait to start practicing, but it looks like I'm not going to get the chance until sometime early next year.
I am a Sr. Paralegal. We banked last year in bankruptcy. Would you like to learn the program, and make a substantial amount of money? Give me a call: Jill 303.278.3052
Forgive me, for I have been a bad reader of your blog.
Great to hear that you passed the bar. Congrats!
Also, too bad about the professionalism requirement.
I guess you could always become a pro-hasher or something instead.
I KID!
Congrats, and good luck. :D
Hi, I'm taking the Colorado Bar in July. Could you tell me how extensively they test on UCC Articles 3 and 9 (negotiable instruments and secured transactions)? at least in terms of how much material you were encouraged to prepare outline wise?
Thanks. Scott
My sitting (July 2008) had one question on negotiable instruments, if I remember correctly. It's worth outlining the UCC articles, but the meat of the test is in the common law areas.
